Rigaku Ultima III X-ray Diffractometer (XRD) w/SA-HEM3 6 Station Holder Lab

Rigaku X-ray Diffractometer (XRD) Ultima III. This system was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. The system is in reasonable used cosmetic condition. It has not been powered on at our site due to our on-site risk assessments surrounding X-Rays. The unit was working when put into storage in 2018. Various components and parts are included as listed below, along with a PC setup, although no Rigaku software programs appear to be installed on the PC. However, there are the following software disks included: Rigaku Basic Software (Cat No.: 9240J101), Rigaku TTRAX3 and Ultima3 Software (Cat No.: 9240J101), Rigaku Special Order Software (U30megaP) (Cat No.: 9999).
