Veeco Dektak 3 Surface Profilmeter

This was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is untested as it needs a direct connection to a PC with software for power, therefore, no tests can be performed. It also includes a Panasonic GP-KR222 Camera, which cannot be powered on without a direct connection to the Dektak 3.
