The IPGphor 80-6414-02 IEF Isoelectric Focusing Unit performs first dimension isoelectric focusing (IEF) in 2-dimensional (2-D) electrophoresis. The IPGphor features programmable functions including rehydration time, platform temperature, maximum current limit, voltage change pattern, voltage for each step in the isoelectric focusing program, and step duration.
