The ECAT E513 and E103 by Thermo Fisher Scientific/Keytek are designed as a voltage ramp generator for testing to a variety of Underwriter Laboratories (UL) standards. This system rental is a combination of the ECAT E103 control unit and E513 voltage ramp generator.
