The N5161A/62A MXG ATE is identical to the N5181A/82A, with the exception that they do not have front panel functionality (no display or keys). Instead, all functionality is controlled through SCPI commands or the Web-Enabled MXG. For signal generator functionality, refer to the User's Guide. For information on the Web-Enabled MXG, refer to the Installation Guide, the Programming Guide, and the SCPI Command Reference.
