Description

The Leica HistoCore Arcadia C is a laboratory cold plate designed for chilling and blocking out histological tissue samples in paraffin blocks. It holds up to 65 cassettes on its large, easy-to-clean metal working surface. The environment adaptive control module stabilises plate temperature at a consistent -6°C. It can be used standalone for re-cooling blocks before sectioning or paired with an embedding centre.
