The 513 model variant supports a weighing capacity of ~510 g with readability of 0.001 g (1 mg). For example, for the 513 model: capacity 510 g, readability 0.001 g, repeatability ~±0.001 g, linearity ~±0.002 g.

Robust build: German-engineered weigh cell protected against overload, aluminium die-cast base + ABS housing in many models.

A draft-shield/wind-protection for precision weighing, especially for those 1 mg readability contexts. The draft shield is described as robust yet easy to clean/disassemble.

Supervisor lock: a menu lock to prevent unintentional changes by operators.
